Please go to the Reservations page to request a reservation.  Pricing is shown below.  Room rates subject to 12.75% Hawaii State Tax (13.75% after 7/1/2010).  This is a non-smoking property - no smoking on the property (inside or outside).

Main Home Plus One-Bedroom, up to 12 people

Main Home: 3-bedroom, 2-bath, up to 8 people

    Daily: starting at $299 for up to 6 people, $309/7, $319/8

One-Bedroom, 1-4 person

    Daily: $129

    Weekly: $903

    Monthly: $3000

    Cleaning fee: $100

Minimum Stays

Seven nights from Memorial Day to Labor Day;  November 20 to November 30; December 18 to January 4.  Three nights all other dates.

Christmas and New Year's Rate Notice

Over the Christmas and New Year's holidays, the daily rate for the main home is $375/6, $385/7, $395/8, plus tax and normal cleaning fee.  The daily rate for the one-bedroom is $160, plus tax and normal cleaning fee.  One-week minimum booking during the holiday period.  No arrivals or departures on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.

Payment:

Payment is accepted in U.S. funds only in the form of Visa, MasterCard, personal check, or cash.

Policy:

A deposit of 25% of the total is due within 7 days of booking the reservation. The balance is due 30 days (60 days for holiday reservations) before the first day of the reservation.  The reservation is refundable upon cancellation at least 60 days prior to arrival, minus a $50 reservation fee, or is forfeited if canceled within 60 days unless we are able to rebook for the original dates.  No refunds are made after occupancy has begun.  The guest agrees to be responsible for any damage  to the accommodations caused by himself or any member of his party, and agrees that any damage incurred will be charged to his credit card. We must give you a written statement explaining any charges. Our units are all non-smoking. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed if there is any evidence of smoking.
